So I lost 1 pound this week which is sort of disappointing as I tried very hard and had hoped to lose more, BUT I am PMSing (so may be retaining water) and ate a salty dinner last night so maybe I actually lost some more. But even if I didn't, I'm okay with that - I need to exercise and I need to be okay with my body going slower - I'm still working towards my goal and maybe it's a lesson to teach me the importance of patience...
Here's how my goals went:
1. Stay within my calorie goals - Perfect!
2. Drink 8 cups of water a day - Did it except one day!
3. Do Cardio 3-5 times this week - Didn't do it - but will this upcoming week
4. Start the boot camp challenge - Didn't do it - thinking I'm going to start with the Cardio first and then try to work this in
I'm going to use this to grow and be better this upcoming week!
