Well, I did great again today as far as my goals, but again did not get home till 8pm from work and I am exhausted. I did give myself credit again for all the walking up and down that hill at work from one building to another all day long ugh! Well, this Oma is exhausted and signing off...

I did really good with my food these two days, I also went to the gym Monday. It is my goal to go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to start out. I will walk on alternate days. I found some awesome new chips to substitute for my addiction to Lays (special k sour cream and onion cracker chips) They are soooo good!

    I've have come to love my snack of Snyder's unsalted mini pretzels. They tasted very bland at first but now I love them and think regular pretzels are waaay too salty.

Day 4

Stayed within my goal, but felt very hungry all day at work. By the time I got home I could not wait to eat. I was careful and I ate really slowly. But now a few hours later I am starting to feel hungry again. I will just drink water and hope that over time my stomach will shrink and this will end. UGH more unpaid OT at work today so busy so stressful. I should be able to track all the work I do at work to see if it is burning calories. ??? hmmm I wounder if it does

    If you you walk it would count as steps/moving.

Try to find something to occupy your mind to see if that helps with your appetite.

Today I did not go to the gym after work, I was just too tired, but I did walk and I am proud of that. I also met my goals again with the excepting of sodium. I just eat way to much salt. This site is awesome because now I am seeing things I never saw. Still searching for a new job that is reasonable hours and less stress. I am sick of getting a salary and then being require to work 15+ hrs weekly in ot... grrrrr

Day 2 Cont... WOW I did it, I stayed withing my goals, I have to learn to eat more protein and drink or consume calcium according to my tracker but I did way better today than yesterday! thanks for all the encouragement!

  KACY Just staying within your goals is great! With 6 little ones who will want your attention and want to do things with Oma, you need all the protein and calcium you can get. They, your husband and the rest of the family are the best reasons to eat a healthy diet.
