Read the post I made today on the new SparkPeople.com Sleep Apnea Team thread about the importance of GOOD SLEEP, and what it does to our hormones that control weight~! Sleep Apnea DOES affect our weight! And not just because it makes us tired! Too much Ghrelin hormone causes weight gain. Not enough Leptin hormone causes weight gain. And sleep controls how much you have of each!
