Something I have learned is to take each day as a new beginning. I liked to beat myself up over yesterday, when there really isn't a need or a way to do anything about it. The First 2 Weeks
- Under the calorie goal but high fat
- 2 HUGE cheat days in second week
- Weight Lifting was at low to medium intensity
The Next 2 Weeks
- High Protein, low carb and low fat diet
- No full cheat days
- High Intensity weight lifting session
