Happy New Year - First Day, 258lbs

I am like many of you out there that have been searching for years for a way to finally change my lifestyle: get fit and stay fit. In my 39th year on earth, I aim to make my dreams come true and have an amazing second half of life!


* 258 lbs
* 46 inch waist
* 29.5% bodyfat

My goal

* 200 lbs
* 32 inch waist
* 15% bodyfat

I am going to keep my calories between 1500 - 2,000 calories, and will run 2 miles/day 3 times/week.

My very short term motivation is to achieve some results so that the people in my life can have hope with me and begin to rally around me.
