The week in review.

Sunday, September 09, 2007

Another good week, was able to get up out of bed and take nourishment. No rain so crops can dry, the growing part is over. Looks like the Lord is really blessing us this year, I am most grateful. Oh by the way, maintained another week. Skeeter

Where has this summer gone. Has been an exciting year so far. Healthy family, excellent looking crops, and nice sunshine and the Cub's are still in first place. Oh and by the way, I did a little better than maintain this week, I lost a few more lbs. will have to eat more calories this coming week. My thanks goes to Sparks. Skeeter

Had an exciting week of rain but sun is out this AM and hope to get parts of lawn, that's not water logged, mowed this PM. I feel for those who are suffering for lack of rain, things just don't grow without moisture. By the way, I maintained another week. I just keep tracking calories and exercising and stay close to my support on Sparks. Thank you Chris. Skeeter

I'm all wet!

OK enough already, I think the drought is over. another 3.3" of rain in the last 24 hrs. That makes a total of over 11 " for the usually dry Aug. hope the sump pump keeps working in our basement. The good news is with all the rain I pulled out wood post, that had been over 40 years with my hands, did not have to bring over the tractor from other farm. The weight is staying on maintenance. Let's keep on Sparking. Skeeter

I'm getting to like this program, like I didn't before. Had a big wedding last night, youngest Son and family stayed over night . More rain last 24 hr., at least 1". Corn and beans are made, that's a farmer term. Skeeter
