Day 3 and counting

So it's the third day of hCG and I've had my two meals totaling 500 calories of so. I'm doing the protocol with only seafood. Yep no beef, chicken, or pork, only fish, crab, shrimp mussels, and oysters. The portions seem enough now , but this is less than a week into the first round. I have been preping for the past 90 day by doing Raw and living foods, and beginning a vegetarian lifestyle . The portion control has been a great help toward getting my mind ready for this change . The biggest challenge for me will be the emotional stress of day to day situations that occur. When stress happened in the past I have reached for the comfort foods, now I want to be able to reach out to a friend and fill up on encouragement. This is really the big hurdle because I've been a self healing kind of guy. Though part of this new journey is to expand my social network, it's still a work in progress. Being a loner has been my M.O for so long it taking some real effort (hence this BLOG). Today started well, got up around seven. I was able to get 45 minutes of Cardio in at the Gym ( 30 Elliptical and 15 Stationary bike) and a few sets of upper body machines. I'm slowing the day down before I head to work and start the grind. I'm feeling good no hunger or fatigue right now. I've had 2 doses of the hCG of the 6 required.

  


MY HCG JOURNEY

Well it's underway my first experience with HCG. I have completed the 2 Load days and it wasn't easy. I was traveling to Va from Ga and back. I started the trip with a visit to the local Ihop I had the traditional SAD breakfast, French Toast, A few eggs, hash brown, and coffee. This was suppose to be the fun part. I said I was looking forward to eating any and all I wanted, but it was really just to convince myself I had been missing something. I have worked way to hard the previous 90 days to possibly enjoy reverting to old habits. I started Aug 26 at 309 pounds and on Nov 19 I was 275 lbs., you do the math. After 2 days, over 1000 miles, assorted snacks and 6 restaurants later, I weighted in at a whopping 283 pounds. I guess the loading day were effective. Now is day 1 of the 500 calorie phase, I'm looking forward to seeing the out come. I'm sort of a diet virgin, I never believed there was a quick or short way to loosing weight. I had always reduced calories and exercised to loose the pounds and then try to hide until they found me sometime later. Now I'm starting a lifestyle change and the HCG is part of the transition.

  Hey--good luck! If you are an impatient person like I am...you will love the quick weight loss on this--and while I am doing this...am constantly planning my future on maintaining my losses...Good Luck! Love the humor in your first pic!
