I had gastric bypass and lost a good part of my weight now I'm working on the last 20 pounds to get into a place that I have never been. This morning and lunch were right off the tracker. I worked out on the WII for 25 minutes. House is clean so I am trying to think of what to do next.

I think a walk might be in order this evening. Have to wait until way late because of the extreme heat and heat index

Fruits and veggies are going to replace other snacks this week

This Week

This week I'm going to try harder and get a routine set up so I can live healthy.

Goal #1 - Drink at least 4 glasses of water day

Goal #2 - Exercise 10 minutes a day.

Goal #3 - More Vegetables

    I struggle with drinking enough water, too! I've been trying to get more in in the morning so it doesn't feel like I have so far to go later in the day. Great goal for eating more vegetables. I've found that eating a big salad before dinner is a good way to go for me.

Help is Needed

Here is my problem...........I find myself grazing all day. There is something that I want but I don't know what it is. My fluid intake is down. I just don't want to drink plain water, flavored water doesn't hit the mark. I don't drink soda's the only thing that I drink is two cups of coffee in the morning. What can I do? I've tried flavored waters several times with different flavors.

Having a great vacation loving being able to get around and not having to carry the extra baggage. Always before I was tired all the time and couldn't fit in chairs. Now I am loving the new me. I saw pictures and could not believe that it was me.

  


Red Bridge

One of the things I have always wanted to do since we moved to this community is to walk to the Red Bridge . Of course it felt like 10 miles but my husband says it about 3 miles. It doesn't mater how far it is I DID IT. The first time I tried it I got so sick at the Red Bridge I called my husband to come and get me. He couldn't because the roads were blocked so I had to sit for a while until I could make it back to the main road. Took me about 2 hours to make the trip but today it took me about 45 min.

But not today I MADE IT.
