Goals for BLC19!

1. Get my 30 meals solidified and in sparkrecipes.
2. Finish out my Turbo Fire schedule with 95% completed.
3. Lose 10 inches
4. Get down to 165
5. Pay attention to my calories ~ stay in range most of the time
6. Don't give up on ME!!! Enjoy and love myself through the journey!

I have been thinking about the goals I wanted to make for the 2 weeks since BLC 13 started. I even wrote them down in a notebook. Only problem is I was the only one seeing them. And I need more accountability emoticon

So My short term goals are:

1. Exercise 20 min 6X week. To stay on the streak.
2. I will log my food at least 5X week.
3. I will drink my water daily.
4. I will concentrate on freggies.
5. To stay in calorie range 80% of the time.

Long term (12 week) goals:
1. To lose 15-20 pounds
2. I will finish C25K training.
3. I will RUN my 5K on July 3rd with no walking.

Sadly I only finished up to day 65 of P90X. Life took over and I allowed myself that. I am ready to get myself back into the habit after taking off the whole month of December. And boy! do I feel it everywhere! My clothes are tighter than they have been for 2 years, and I feel blah.
I can tell that it has really been nice-even if I didn't look exactly like I wanted-to be fit and know that I was doing good by me.
That is the feeling I am striving to keep.

    Amazing what a little time off can do to your body, but remember that maybe that time off was good for your mind. I know I would have been stressed if I had to keep my same exercise routine/schedule up over the holidays. Not to fret...just glad you're back on track!

    Up to day 65 is really good. No need to feel bad.
You are doing good by getting back at it!
This is not a race.

I let my self go during the holidays as well.

Bust: 40 (0)
Hips: 42 (-.25)
Neck: 13.75 (-.25)
Arms: L-12.25 (0) R-12.25 (-.25)
Thighs: L-24 (-.25) R-24.25 (-.25)
Calves: L-15.25(+.50) R-15.5 (+.25)

Not great. As I have not been "bringing it"
But I have kept going. And right now I am counting that as success in itself.

    just keep going I saw more results on round 2 and by that time it doesn't seem so hard to bring it anymore. you are doing great!

Day 30 P90X

Yesterday was Day 30!!!
To be absolutely truthful I was sick last week so I did 2 days and then skipped the yoga, stretch, and last cardio day for last weeks recovery week. But I figured it was better to get my body well.

But I did my measurements today:
P90X Day 30 measurements....

Weight: 171.8
Waist: 36 (-1)
Bust: 40 (+.25)
Hips: 42.25 (-.75)
Neck: 14 (0)
Arms: L-12.25 (-.25) R-12.5 (0)
Thighs: L-24.25 (-.75) R-24.5 (-.25)
Calves: L-14.75 (-.75) R-15.25 (-.75)

Total down is 4.5 inches!!!! (I am not counting the bust...DH counts that as a bonus anyway:) and 1.8 pounds

    Just wanted to say good job to you!! I was doing this program earlier this year and it fell to the back burner cause I got more into my running. Well now running has taken a back burner due to knee issues and I keep thinking I should just get back into P90X...but right now I've been doing SHRED...atleast I'm doing something!!! LOL
