Don't be ashamed. Everyone on here has done things that they regret and absolutely no one would ever hate you for it. Like everyone else has said, just make better decisions next time and you will feel better about your choices. This journey is about making yourself healthier and happier. Keep trying. You can do it. I overdosed on pasta yesterday, but it was my anniversary, and I indulged just a little. Today, I'll do a little extra exercise to make up for it, eat less startch and a little more protein. Don't worry about indulging once in awhile. You can't be perfect all the time. View yourself in kindsight, and get back on the wagon. No forgiveness from us is necessary. Just forgive yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself! Everyone makes mistakes. That's why pencils have erasers! One unhealthy choice won't undo all your good choices. The problem comes when we stop thinking about our choices and considering our options and how they fit in with our overall goals. It's okay to enjoy a treat once in a while! I stay so tired.... and I get very weird muscle cramps...aka "Charlie horses"

I am always very tired... All day... Almost everyday. I barely have the energy to Get out of bed. Even on days when I feel great... There is still that sneaky feeling of exhaustion in everything I do. I have ADD... Would this have something to do with it? I also get Charlie horses in my feet and toes... My husband says it's because I'm not getting something in my diet that I desperately need... And they are so bad that my Toes actually cross by themselves when it happens and it hurts Soooo bad. Any advice on thus one bloggers? I take all kinds of things for my Energy problem and nothing seems to work.

Hi Sweetie! You are so cute with your funny face! The banana idea is good, but pop a potassium pill every day to get enough potassium in your system to prevent the lfoot and toe cramps. Also, slip slivers of soap under the sheets where your feet can come in contact with them. Don't know why, but it works. A fast fix in the midst of a cramp session is a half glass of tonic water. It comes in diet so it won't sidetrack the weight loss. Works for me. Another thing that works for people is mustard (some keep packets from fast food places beside the bed). I'm not too fond of that sharp taste in the middle of the night! Good luck! You have a lot on your plate being friend to those step children, loving your husband, and working on school! Whew! I second the eating a banana every day. If you are not taking a good multi vitamin, I would encourage you to start. Also, take a look at how much water you are drinking and really pay attention to the nutrition labels to see how much sodium you are consuming. On average, we should not be getting more than 2000 mg of sodium per day. Some processed foods like soup and frozen lunches (like healthy choice, or lean cuisines) can have up to half of the daily recommended sodium in them. Report Inappropriate Comment

You were having anemia problems last week and that can cause exhaustion. As Evie suggested, a full workup would be beneficial. Also a lack of potassium can cause Charlie horses. Try eating a banana every day. Even if it doesn't help the cramps, it's still a serving of fruit! I don't know if the ADD would be related to exhaustion. What meds are you taking for it? Have you read the side effects? I'm supposed to take Adderall... exhaustion is not a problem when I do! Are the cramps new, btw? How long has the exhaustion been going on? With the problems you were having last week, I'd definitely recommend going back to the doctor for further tests. I hope you feel better! Report Inappropriate Comment

Finally back on my feet

I'm over my girlie troubles... Apparently I didn't ovulate leading to am overly long period leaving me weak and anemic. My college finals for this semester are today... Then I have nothing to focus on b besides business stuff and weight loss until January... Not long... But it's a much needed break. I am depressed and stressed and tired of all these problems... Christmas is right around the corner and I can't seem to get into it this year... Hope all had a great day!

serious girlie trouble

I have not been in SPARKPEOPLE in the last few days because of a huge personal female problem. I know this is TMI but I have no friends or mom to ask about this. I have not had my birth control for the past month... My period started and I thought it was perfectly normal... I was wrong. My period started two weeks ago and I am now on my 17 the day... And it is still going on and still very heavy. I am starting anemia... I have been very weak and very tired... I am goldg to the doctor tomorrow but what should I do in the meantime? IM trying to figure out how I went from all powerful to completely powerless in must 2 days
