I logged what I ate today for the first time in a long time. I stayed in all of my ranges. Yeah me! I noticed something though. I got really hungry in between my meals. I had three meals and one snack. I've read about eating smaller meals more often throughout the day but have always feared overeating and have never given it a try. I read a few articles, one on Spark and a couple on the web, and it seems like there are a lot of pros and cons. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, and I'm going to ask him about what he thinks. I'm sure he will have an opinion!
Speaking of the doctor's appointment, I am going to ask his nurse to check my blood pressure before she weighs me. Weighing stresses me out, which will raise my blood pressure. Hopefully she will do this for me and that way I can get a accurate reading on my blood pressure to see if the medicine and small diet changes that I've made so far have helped.
