the only trouble about work is...

Ok, I thought I was on track - did well with the spark diet yesterday. Today at work I ate a meal I would normally eat for tea and then when I got home realised I had not got the chicken out to do the spark meal - so instead of trying an alternative 'healthy meal' I did chicken pizza with chips! I am not going to be losing any pounds at this rate!
On the positive side I have not had any chocolate or caffeine so very pleased with that.
It is 8pm again and I have not done any 'proper' exercise other than running around at work getting jobs done and running up and downstairs a lot at home!
I am tired and feeling very full!
Thanks for the comments yesterday - it certainly helps to have support from 'virtual friends!'
Right I am going to see if I can have half an hour on the wii fit or maybe just go and read my book!

Weighty issues!

Well I thought I might try doing a blog to see if this will give me more motivation!
I have weighed in at work today and put on 0.4kg which is a bit disappointing as I was convinced that I had lost some. People have been asking me if I have lost weight - I have been doing more exercise and am more toned now.
I am beginning to do more of the 'spark diet' but find it difficult to do some of the planned meals when at work during lunch hour.
This evenings spark recipe was very tasty and my hubby had some also but he had chips instead of wild rice. He even did all the clearing up after the total mess I had left in the kitchen!
Haven't managed to do much exercise today!

Don't worry too much about the scales, its probably because you've toned up - muscle weighs more than fat!!

The scale will soon be your friend too.
