Ok, I thought I was on track - did well with the spark diet yesterday. Today at work I ate a meal I would normally eat for tea and then when I got home realised I had not got the chicken out to do the spark meal - so instead of trying an alternative 'healthy meal' I did chicken pizza with chips! I am not going to be losing any pounds at this rate!
On the positive side I have not had any chocolate or caffeine so very pleased with that.
It is 8pm again and I have not done any 'proper' exercise other than running around at work getting jobs done and running up and downstairs a lot at home!
I am tired and feeling very full!
Thanks for the comments yesterday - it certainly helps to have support from 'virtual friends!'
Right I am going to see if I can have half an hour on the wii fit or maybe just go and read my book!
