So I'm heading to the Dominican Republic on Thursday...I've been using my time at work, huddle in my office, printing out various workouts from this website. One of my goals during this vacay is to make sure I still exercise while I'm there. I love to swim and already know that I will get plenty of exercise while in the pool and ocean...however, I want to make sure that I'm doing something else to go along with that. I've worked very hard so far and I just want to not lose total focus on my overall goals. The fact that I'm going to be decked in various fab one piece swimsuits the whole time is enough motivation for me to know that the next big vacay I'm taking in late June...I'm hoping to be brave enough to wear a two-piece! And then there's the annual Girls Trip in August...secretly, and I know this sounds horrible...but I want the girls to think I've got my 22 year old body back again! LOL.
