As you know I am a twilight fan, but It has also created a new addiction. I love fan fiction. I am now following 14 stories, which can be difficult since in these stories the characters all have the same names. Oh well,I enjoy it anyway. I hardly even watch TV anymore, I'd rather read. Well I'd rather read or bake. I made those Bittersweet Butterscotch cookies. They tasted awesome. Only had one but it was hot and gooey right out of the oven, and it was also my dinner. Learning to really savor the taste, it's quality not quantity.

This week is going to be about the fundamentals for me. I will make sure to go to the gym 5 days this week, I will eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and my snacks. I will try my best to get enough sleep. I will take my vitamins and drink my water. Last week, I didn't do these things and I felt it. My work hours increased due to the holidays and I let it mess with my life, I didn't plan ahead and shuffle things around. I fell back into some old habits. I need to remember that in order to keep up with my crazy life I need to take care of myself. My family, friends and coworkers depend on me- I need to stay strong for them and me.
Just wanted to add a thank you to my Sparkfriend family- your support means so much, you all encourage me to keep going. You are all just the best. Thanks a million times over!!!!!!
