This is day 2 of getting back on track, for reals this time peeps;) And While I still feel somewhat crappy, because I haven't been eating healthy long enough to start feeling good yet, SO to help out the future me that is PMSing or whatever and thinking about going for that entire box of doughnuts, I am going to list all the things that suck about being overweight. Here:
1. being so feckin tired all the time, seriously I need a nap to recover from my nap.
2. Having heartburn all the time, even when I haven't eaten anything, Tums anyone?????
3. None of my smexy underwear fit, and I am down to just Hanes her way, which I have to admit is NOT my way.
4. my periods are just wack and not on a schedule, if you're a chic, you know what an annoyance this is, if you're a dude, sorry.
5. peeing when I sneeze- I know it is eeww but I'm keepin it real peeps.
6. Having a hared time shaving my legs, because I take up way too much tub space.
7. being depressed and not having the energy to fix it.
8. feeling frumpy in everything I wear. yes, I am back in my fat jeans that I only kept to remind myself to never be this fat again, this time I'm burning those *itches.
9. being so hot all the time, this is not "good sweating" .
I am sure there are more but these are the main ones. I am going to try to blog every step of this journey,so I can "see" myself getting healthier day by day. Being fat sucks, so I don't think I'm going to be fat anymore.

Well I had a very busy week end, still managed to skip all the fast food and drink a whole lot of water, however I really feel that I could have planned better ahead as on Saturday I skipped breakfast. Also had sweet tea at the Restaurant on Sunday, could have saved the calories and just had regular tea and added splenda. Maintained weight over the week end so I still need to lose 3 lbs. by the 31st. Totally doable. Here's to a new week!!!!!

Today went pretty well, had life cereal and 8oz iced coffee made with 1% milk for, had a mini can of chef boyardee ravioli for lunch ( I love it - don't judge:) and went out to dinner with my in-laws and kids at Eat n' park, I researched online ahead of time and ordered breakfast for dinner. 2 eggs over medium, dry english muffin and hashbrowns, then went swimming with the kids. tried to stay moving the entire 2 hrs. came home and had a snack.
1265 calories for the day ( goal between 1200-1550) so in range.
6 cups of water so far.
Logged into spark blogged and about to update.
Down .2 lbs today so down 12 from my highest.

Well I had this great plan today, I was prepared. Healthy food packed, gym clothes laid out and in bed by 12:00. It was a good plan. Unfortunately my day had other plans -. did not fall asleep until after 3:30 am, rolled with it, got up in time to go to the gym. Did my 34 minutes on the treadmill and drove home to change quick and go to work. Got to work and my sewing instructor was a no show, so 8 little girls were waiting to learn to sew, and there was no teacher. I sew but not often and certainly not well, but I stepped up and somehow managed to teach the class. The problem was now I had 2 hrs to do 4 hrs worth of work, so no time for breakfast,snack, or lunch. Ran home and had 20 minutes until i had to take my son to speech therapy, so grabbed a weight watchers meal from the fridge and a pudding. after speech took a nap, that 3:30 am finally caught up with me. had a snack after that of triscuits, and a couple slices of salami. went grocery shopping and came home and ate a late light dinner, Now my perfect day, but overall I feel like I did ok considering my crazy day.
Just Barely made it to the lowest end of my calorie range (exactly 1200 cals)
Went to the gym and did my 35 minutes.
On glass # 6 of my water!!!
Logged onto spark, updated and blogged.
I feel i made good choices today - Oh and I already lost 1 lb :)
