So I was thinking, On august first I'd get back on track and start losing weight again and then I thought, "hey, why not start now, there is still 13 days left this month, 13 days to weigh less then I do right now, 13 days to get back to the gym and start getting into the habit of being healthy again" So I will start today, I will not waste the rest of July, I am taking back my health and life now, Why wait????
Goals for tomorrow=
Eat a healthy breakfast ( and photo blog it, Thanks michelene!!!!!)
Go to the gym and spend atleast 35 min on the treadmill.
drink atleast 5 cups of H20.
log on to spark and atleast update my status.
