Well, I know it has been a while since I blogged last, and you know what they say about idle hands, they can't stay out of the fridge:) I have been dealing with some personal stuff in an unhealthy way, bingeing and skipping the gym. Emotinally I am drained right now. I know that when I don't take care of myself, the depressin rears it's ugly head and a viscious cycle ensues. So, I'm going back to the beginning, you'll be hearing from me alot more often, I thrive on structure and accounability. I am setting the following goals for September
1. one caffiene beverage per day.
2. eating a healthy breakfast everyday
3. log on to spark every day from today until 9/30.
4. exercise at least 3 days each week.
5. log everything I eat at least 25 days this month.
6. spread a little love to my sparkpeeps.

Candy bars, Mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, Salami, cheese and Miracle whip sandwiches, Doritos, Cinnamon Licorice, Ravioli from a can, Mac and cheese from a can, taco bell, Mc Donalds, Burger King........ yeah I ate that this month and oh so much more. I have pretty much imploded, I have waved the white flag, (or was that a Mcdonalds napkin??) The gym forgets what I look like. I have gained 18lbs. back from my lowest weight so far.
"Is that enough?" I asked the girl in the mirror today.

Well July is here and I am really trying to be slow and consistent this month. I am not going to set unrealistic goals for myself this month. This month I want to lose 5 lbs. and workout 3 days every week, and really try to drink 8 cups of water per day. I think alot of the time when I think I'm hungry, I am actually thirsty. If I lose 5lbs. this month I will be back to my lowest so far ( before the insane 10lb regain of May) It is a matter of doing the basics consistently.

Well summer is in full effect and My Y has a beautiful and huge outdoor pool. Me and the kids have been practically living there lately. I got a new cute swimsuit and I actually feel pretty in it.
At the constant harping of my RL accountability partner and best pal Jennis, I have been really working on adding weights back into my workout routine. I can already see and feel the results. Food has been actually a little easier lately, since we are so busy, now if my MIL would stop taking us to Dairy Queen all the time....... it sucks to watch everyone else eat Ice cream while you sip a diet pepsi. Oh well Eclipse is getting close and I still have 6.6 lbs. to lose by 07/03/10 - I may not make it but I am gonna get damn close!!!!!
