My goals for this week

I have decided that right now a weekly goal is more doable. so here is my goal for this week

1. follow the slimfast plan- busy week this will make the meals and snacks easier to plan.

2. drink atleast 6 glasses of water per day.

3. go to the gym tuesday, thursday and friday. and di atleast 35min cardio and 15 min weights.

That is it this week, I am so far off track that I think this is all I can manage right now. I know if I make it through this week I will get more energy and add more goals next week.

I WANT TO LOSE 2 LBS. THIS WEEK.

September goals.

Well, I know it has been a while since I blogged last, and you know what they say about idle hands, they can't stay out of the fridge:) I have been dealing with some personal stuff in an unhealthy way, bingeing and skipping the gym. Emotinally I am drained right now. I know that when I don't take care of myself, the depressin rears it's ugly head and a viscious cycle ensues. So, I'm going back to the beginning, you'll be hearing from me alot more often, I thrive on structure and accounability. I am setting the following goals for September

1. one caffiene beverage per day.
2. eating a healthy breakfast everyday
3. log on to spark every day from today until 9/30.
4. exercise at least 3 days each week.
5. log everything I eat at least 25 days this month.
6. spread a little love to my sparkpeeps.

    I'm right there with you Jules. I've been letting myself get lazy over the past month (which as you said brings on the depression), but all that is over now. I'm back on track and have almost the same goals you do. We can do this! We are going to do this! Keep me updated on how your doing with your goals. I have faith in you Jules, you are amazing.

Candy bars, Mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, Salami, cheese and Miracle whip sandwiches, Doritos, Cinnamon Licorice, Ravioli from a can, Mac and cheese from a can, taco bell, Mc Donalds, Burger King........ yeah I ate that this month and oh so much more. I have pretty much imploded, I have waved the white flag, (or was that a Mcdonalds napkin??) The gym forgets what I look like. I have gained 18lbs. back from my lowest weight so far.

"Is that enough?" I asked the girl in the mirror today.

    I so know where you are coming from. I have had those times when I feel like I have been bogged down by junk food and everything looks bleak. I have also come back from those times with help from my awesome spark friends (yes I'm talking about you!). You can do this and you will do this! I know you can! Step away from the canned pasta and no one will get hurt. emoticon

    IT'S ENOUGH! Straighten up, fly right, and rejoin us on this healthy journey! YOU CAN DO THIS! One bad month doesn't mean anything when it comes right down to it! You just have to get right back in the game. Blog every single day...type it out for yourself so you're forced to see it in black and white. Take the time for yourself...you deserve it. Go back and read some of your old blogs! THEY WILL INSPIRE YOU!!!!

July Goals

Well July is here and I am really trying to be slow and consistent this month. I am not going to set unrealistic goals for myself this month. This month I want to lose 5 lbs. and workout 3 days every week, and really try to drink 8 cups of water per day. I think alot of the time when I think I'm hungry, I am actually thirsty. If I lose 5lbs. this month I will be back to my lowest so far ( before the insane 10lb regain of May) It is a matter of doing the basics consistently.

    You can do it! Slow and steady wins the race. I usuallly never lose more than 4 lbs a month. In the end it all adds up to a win.

Well summer is in full effect and My Y has a beautiful and huge outdoor pool. Me and the kids have been practically living there lately. I got a new cute swimsuit and I actually feel pretty in it.



At the constant harping of my RL accountability partner and best pal Jennis, I have been really working on adding weights back into my workout routine. I can already see and feel the results. Food has been actually a little easier lately, since we are so busy, now if my MIL would stop taking us to Dairy Queen all the time....... it sucks to watch everyone else eat Ice cream while you sip a diet pepsi. Oh well Eclipse is getting close and I still have 6.6 lbs. to lose by 07/03/10 - I may not make it but I am gonna get damn close!!!!!

Book Recommendation : Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater-- it is full of mystery and a hot Werewolf named Sam. If you are a twifan- this is right up your Meadow!!!!!

    I LOVE swimming! And now I know 2 people with a pool so I've been swimming a lot already this year. I'm getting ready to be on vacation and I can't wait to hit up the pools! YAY!

    Love swimming and have yet to go to the pool this summer :( Lost my pool card and have to pay $20 to get a new one. I might just go to the lake this weekend instead.

Love the new pic on your page. Can't wait till next Tuesday. At the end of Bree Tanner it gave me hope that there might be another book in Stephanie's mind when Bree asked Edward to be nice to Freaky Fred when he found him. Well one can hope anyway.
