This has been an exceptionally hard week for me. The scale has been up and down my energy has been up and down. Overall I have lost 1.6 lbs this week. I made it to the gym 4 days so far this week.
But I have lost 40 lbs. in three months and have gone from not going to the gym to usually going 5 days a week. I have gone from not being able to stay on the treadmill for 3 minutes to doing it for 18 minutes a day , 5 days a week with increased resistance. I have started weights 3 days a week and this week I finally got into my size 16 jeans. ( from a size 22). I feel alot better about myself and my friends and husband are really proud of me, so you know what, I'm going to take a day to be proud of myself too. I have come really far and even though this week has been a struggle i didn't give up. That skinny healthy girl I used to be has been hidden long enough, I see traces of her coming through, I've missed her!!!!!!!
