wasted week

this was a very stressfull week kids went back to school didn't lose a thing if fact i gained 1.2 lbs. i am more than a little disappointed in myself. But Tommorrow starts a new week. I will recommit to my nutrition and exercise goals. I'm so close to the 50 lb. mark. I will not give up!!!!

my song for the day Pink - I'm a hazard to myself, don't let me get me.

think I'm add the stair climber to my workout routine this week. God Help Me.

    1.2 pounds sucks, But and this is a big BUT, that at least gives you lots of room to work with. You should be able to get that back off in no time. I know I know, easier said than done, but you can do it. You WILL do it. You'll get back on track this week stronger than ever!

Pumpkin Bread = my downfall:)

Had a sucky day yesterday gained .8 lbs. Disd you know the pumpkin bread at Bob Evans is 455 cal. I didn't but I do now. put me over for the day.

LOVING THE GYM

When I first started trying to lose weight I never thought I would live to see the day that I could say that. But I feel so good after I work out and my whole outlook on life is much more positive now. Our YMCA is such an awesome place to workout and i always feel so comfortable there. I love pushing myself further and realizing that I can attain new goals. So today I can say I AM LOVING THE GYM

lost 1.4 lbs. today

I upped my calories for a few days and went back on plan yesterday- lost the little weight i gained and more. got to add a new heart to my chart Yippee!!!! closing in on 45 lbs lost .

Little by Little

Only lost .2 lbs. today. But it is better than gaining. I think I'm not eating enough calories so today I'm uping them slightly to see if it helps. I'm aliitle afraid it willl make me gain but it is worth a try. I've been eating less than 1000 per day for the last week I think I need to be about 1300 per day. We'll see what happens. I hope my new Mp3 player comes today.

    You definitely have the right attitude. A loss is a loss! And my personal opinion is that you do need to up your calories. You're body might be hanging onto the pounds because it thinks your starving it or something. Hopefully your MP3 player comes today. Very exciting! emoticon
