So far March has been going along pretty well. The only thing I have not been staying on target with is my fitness routine, I know shame on me. The thing is I am really starting to miss it. The sweating, the aching muscles, all of it ,my body need it now. The eating thing is going great, mini meals all day long. I am staying on target calorie wise, and have lost 2.6 lbs. this week( my goal is 2.5 per week) so that is good, and now that PMS is over I feel great- it really wipes me out. Hoping to be back in the 160's really soon, it is totally doable.
