1/3 of the way through March- progress.

OK first of all as of this morning I am back in the 160's !!!!! Hallelujah !!!!! I weighed in at 169.6 I know I barely made it but I still love to see that 160-something on my scale:) I did make it to the gym today and since I haven't went for a while it kicked my rear. But I had a good workout anyway, thinking maybe I need to spice up my playlist a little- need to inject a little new inspiration. Really hoping to add another heart to my chart tomorrow. Which I would totally take a picture of, but my 5 yr old lost my camera, I can't stand it - It being missing is driving me nuts. So please pray that I find it - I am a avid scrapbooker, And the picture taking is kind of critical.

This month I have upped my calories and I am losing weight slow and steady, and should be able to make my 2.5lb per week goal. SOOOOO glad spring in nearly here !!!!!

Going to see Remember Me tomorrow night with two friends after a dinner. Great girls night out! Can't wait.

I'll have to check out the Eclipse trailer. I haven't seen it yet.

March so far....

So far March has been going along pretty well. The only thing I have not been staying on target with is my fitness routine, I know shame on me. The thing is I am really starting to miss it. The sweating, the aching muscles, all of it ,my body need it now. The eating thing is going great, mini meals all day long. I am staying on target calorie wise, and have lost 2.6 lbs. this week( my goal is 2.5 per week) so that is good, and now that PMS is over I feel great- it really wipes me out. Hoping to be back in the 160's really soon, it is totally doable.

    Your well on your way, just get yourself moving. I have a hard time with strength training. I can walk all day, but I fail to squeeze in some sit ups. We all have our hurdles, we just have to find a way to make it over them. Your doing great. I know you'll be back on your fitness routine in no time.

This week so far.

so far this week is a mixed bag. No fitness so far. diet has been up and down, but I went shopping today and got all thew stuff I need for a better end of the week, I am still trying to stick to a weight loss goal of 2.5 lbs. this week, which means I need to be down to 172.5 as of this Saturday. As of this morning, I was 173.0. Found these great ice cream bars from Philly- they are only 16 calories each and taste pretty good.

    Its always hard to jump back on after a setback. You are moving though! You only have a half of a pound to make this weeks goal. Your preparing yourself for success, now get out there and do it.

I know I've been kinda MIA the last several days, that's because I fell off the wagon big time. I only made it to the gym once this week, I ate pretty much everything in sight- I gained 5 lbs. this week which after losing 8.4 lbs. during the first 3 weeks of this month- really sucks. I worked so hard and was so close to that pedicure. Maybe next month????? Also I reentered 170ville - gosh I hate being here. I am starting to recognize that I may have PMDD- seriously I was a bipolar psycho this week. I am going to talk to my OBGYN about this because it is really disruptive to my life and my weight loss.

Any who .... pity party over now on with our regularly scheduled programming:)

I still lost 3.4 lbs this month. and logged 476 fitness minutes this month. And I made it through an entire month drinking absolutely no soda at all- not even diet. I started a new job and managed not to lose my mind while doing both jobs at once for the first two weeks this month. Yes, I may be behind on my long term goals now, but can still attain them. I have not quit, just because had a moment (week???) of weakness. I'm OK ... really .

    All-in-all it sounds like you had a good month - you lost weight and you exercised. Now, you just need to build on that.

As for the PMDD, I was switched from brand to generic for my BC pills once a while back. Not sure why, but I went from mild PMS to Psycho head spinning. After the hubby said, "Honey, either call the doctor or I'm calling a lawyer" I promptly called the doctor. I went on another brand that was so good the hubby didn't know when my cycle would be, but I have now been switched again from brand to generic. The Psycho isn't back, but the PMS is. I'm hoping it's manageable this time because the brand is SO expensive.

Anyway, good luck with the hormones and keep up the good work with your exercise and nutrition. We all fall off track - the important thing is getting back on.

    Of course your ok. You lost 3.4 pounds this month and logged almost 500 fitness minutes (you still have tomorrow too). That pedicure is not gone, just postponed. You are going to get back into the 160's. You are going to make your goals. I believe in you. You have made a lot of progress this month on all aspects of your life. I know next month you are going to do great. I'll be here if you need to scream or cheer. emoticon

Well today I start week 4 of the spark- and working toward my next mini goal - If I lose 10lbs. total in February then i get a pedicure. That means I have to reach 168.4 by next Sunday. I know that is only 1.2lbs - but I already lost the other 8.8 and I will be PMSing.

My week 4 goals

1. Find one way to spread the spark to others- I am loaning " The Spark " to my friend Jennis- I hope it inspires her like me:)

2. Set some new goals for your life.- I am going to try to be on time for work everyday this week. I am going to sign up for a fitness class at my gym.

3. Create my Sparklist- Still working on it I hope to post it by the end of the week.

    That's a great plan. You rock on weight loss! I'm going shopping today as a necessary reward. None of my clothes fit anymore! :)

I met my trainer this morning and his word for the day was SQUAT - I told him I was thinking about hating him. He laughed and made me do more squats!

So one of my long term goals is to have killer legs by Eclipse.

Keep on working it. You are doing so great right now. Consistency is key.
