this was my second week following The Spark 28 day plan my goals were:
1. drink 8 cups of water daily.
2. Eat at least 1400 calories per day ( seems to be optimum for me.)
3. exercise at least 30 minutes 4 days this week. =120 minutes
4. try to get at least 7 hrs. of sleep per night, preferably more. (I know, I'm working on it).
here's how I did:
1. drank ALOT more water this week. 8 cups 5 of 6 days so far this week.
2. did this every day this week - a couple days way to far over this goal:(
3. Made it to the gym 3 days this week for a total of 130 minutes (made it minute wise, but work and the weather were huge factor this week)
4. This was the hardest for me I made it 3 out of 6 days so far - really need to work on this.
Overall I give this week a c+ weight lost this week = 1 lb. weight loss this month: 5.8
My weight is now 172.4 starting weight 236.4 I've lost 64lbs. total
Next mini goal is to get into the 160's reward = get to buy and read "Dear John" so I can see the movie:).
