Need to lose 50lbs. by the New Moon premier.

I am a huge twilight fan and I decided it would be my motivation to loos weight. It is akways possible to change, no matter how set your course (thanks edward:). I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and doing the slim-fast paln and have already lost 20 lbs. 30 more to go By November 20th. The midnight premier is my 50 lb. goal reward. Also long range want to lose another 50 by the premier of Eclipse.

one day at a time

emoticon I am a little overwhelmed and disappointed in my self I gained all the 40 lbs I lost back, I worked so hard to lose it. I am just going to try to make small steps one day at a time. First NO FASTFOOD!!!!! second wear my pedometer, drink 5 glasses of water a day, last eat breakfast. Trying to stay within 1200-1400 cal per day.
I was strong today, resisted temptation at the grocery store. Emotionally felt pretty good. Almost pigged out before dinner thank God i figured in a snack.

Really got off track over the holidays. But made diet and exercise my new year's resolution ( who doesn't). I went back to curves and have gone faithfully 3 days a week since new year's eve. I went back on my mini meal diet plan, and so far this month I have lost 6 lbs. Today was a tough day!!! I resisted lindt chocolate at work, potato wedges and cavatelli at home and then later, the biggest victory of all Kraft mac and cheese, I made it for my son and limited myself to a single bite, That is an ultimate test of willpower for me.

Yesterday was a great day, I worked then cleaned house. followed my diet plan and lost 2.2 lbs. After I dropped the boys off at school, I walked 2 miles in mill creek park in about 32 minutes. The weather was beautiful and the fresh air felt so good. My energy is already increasing, I think my blood sugar is stabilizing. So far i followed my meal plan for today, resisted mc Donald's luckily I brought along a snack.
