Really got off track over the holidays. But made diet and exercise my new year's resolution ( who doesn't). I went back to curves and have gone faithfully 3 days a week since new year's eve. I went back on my mini meal diet plan, and so far this month I have lost 6 lbs. Today was a tough day!!! I resisted lindt chocolate at work, potato wedges and cavatelli at home and then later, the biggest victory of all Kraft mac and cheese, I made it for my son and limited myself to a single bite, That is an ultimate test of willpower for me.
