Licking my wounds

Well, I've been away for a few days licking my wounds after being scolded publicly by a team leader for my trying to control a thread. I really think he or she should have written me a personal note and just done a clafication on the thread. I was embarrassed by the whole thing. I've been spending time at Everyday health. It's much like here so I'm doing both. Will sort out my feelings about Sparks and then either stick around or leave. There is a lot going on here that I like. I'm just being a big baby. Won't start another thread though, I can tell you that. Jules

Well, last night I slept out of sheer exhaustion. I had to cnacel my golf game from fatigue yesterday. Last night I did make it seven hours. My doctor is trying to help me with this problem, so let's hope his plan works. Lack of sleep can play havoc on your life. Other than that, I'm doing pretty well. I've increacsed my exercise and am watching what I eat. Who can do more? Tomorrow I'm playing in a two-day tournament, so I'm hoping for a good nighty night in the bed so I'll feel refreshed and play well. My food plan is simple, just keep it filled with veggies, some fruit, lots of good grains and small portions of protein. Keep the fat down to a min. I don'l like counting calories or points. I feel I must change my lifestyle and then I won't yo yo like in the past.

I'm totally mad at myself for not losing anymore weight. I've frozen myself at six pounds. However, my broken heel is mending nicely, so I may be able to start walking the golf course next week. That's a five mile dodo. I play twice a week, so that's ten miles. Also, I am starting back with the Hula Hoop and weights. Maybe I'll break the barrier. I really watch what I eat. Any suggestions would be beneficial .

    I'm sure that you'll start losing again, it sounds like you have a great exercise program.
