Chose a honey crisp chicken salad for lunch today at uno chicago grill. Just checked the nutrition. 960 calories!!! I need to be more carefull, that is not a very healthy choice. I will check their nutrition guide first next time and not just assume.

Since I am only weighing in at dr's visits once a month, I am not sure if I have lost weight. However, I do know my clothing is feeling a little bit on the loose side? Let's hope that is a good sign.

4 Wheeling and Rock hounding.

Staying super busy this past week 4 wheeling and rock hounding in the desert in Arizona. This girl is definitely not a couch potato this week. Eating is a bit iffy, but always on my mind and always choosing healthy options when available. Besides, no fast food joints in the desert, so it's mostly what I pack for lunches and protein bars.

Trying to stay on trac today with eating healthy and reaching my 5,000 step goal. 3pm and exceeded my daily step goal. Right where I wanted to be. Still going for a swim tonight and steaming up some great vegi's for dinner. Feeling good and luvin the temps here in Mesa!

Just a small note added. I seem to be drinking a lot of pop today, not sure why. (yes it is diet pop)

Thank you, each and everyone. I am honored. I have not been back to check e-mails or blog entries in the past 2 days because we have been exploring the area trails and looking for our next camping spot. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the e-mails for comments!

So as not to let you down, (and to stay on trac), my small steps for the last 2 day's has been making the right choices at the drive thru windows and packing my lunches and snacks, and I was able to log my food intake. My activity levels have been down but I don't berate myself too much, after all I have been riding in the truck for 2 days. Tomorrow there will be plenty of time to make it up.
