I did not have a very good workout week. I have been stuck in meetings for new software that we will be using at work and all I could concentrate on is the fact that I missed another workout!
So I fought my way into work at 7:45 this morning, ugh snow, and went to the gym before heading to the office. Hmm this worked well and may become my new Friday routine! I did 56 minutes on the stair machine and burnt 922 calories! That makes up somewhat for all the workouts I missed during the week but atleast I got something in.
And from the looks of it I will be getting more exercise when I get home and have to shovel the driveway!
