Day 36 to Day 42

Been so busy lately but I even made it to the gym at 7 am a few times. I do feel better through out the day when I exercise early. I weighed myself today and lost another 3 pounds. That really made my day. Its gonna be a great weekend.

Day 36

Well we made in time to the hospital for my husbands cardio rehab but he only got to do five minutes on the bike and 3 minutes on the hand roll. His blood sugar was 70 and they tried giving him orange juice and gram crackers but it wouldn't go any higher and when he did the little exercise that he did it went even lower so they told him to eat a big breakfast on Monday with alot of protein and then they would try again. They are very through, they check blood pressures, blood sugars, heart monitor and other stuff before, during and after.

Day 34

Well the last few days have just been so busy, My husband had triple bypass in August so now they want to do cardio rehab three days a week. and the only time we can do this is before I go to work. So we have to get him there at 630 in the morning so that I can get him there and back home and then to work on time. On the bright side if I can do this the hospital is right next door to the Y. So while he is doing his rehab I will try and do exercise at the Y. To some people this may not be a big deal but I don't get up till 8 am and to get up at 5 am 530 at the latest is going to be so hard for me but I am going to try.

    Once you get used to getting up early in the morning, I think you will find you like it. It's so quiet and peaceful in the early morning.

Day 30

Just been so busy the last few days. Yesterday we went to the state fair and Oh my gosh the walking just about killed me. We stayed and pretty much walked five hours. lol And then today we took the grandkids to the cornfield maze and I actually liked that more than the state fair. Oh we let my 2 four year old grandkids tell us which way to go and they enjoyed that so much but again my hips and back hurt so much but I still had fun. We walked around in that maze for over a hour before we got out. And they had just simple country things for little kids. The grandkids enjoyed this circle of hay and in the center was about 5 or 6 inches deep corn kernels and they just wanted to stay in there and play. It's been a fun filled busy few days.

Looks like were back to working overtime for at least two months. I am so tired tonight. I just want to go to bed.
