Psalm 6 The Message
A David Psalm
1-2 Please, God, no more yelling, no more trips to the woodshed.
Treat me nice for a change;
I'm so starved for affection.
2-3 Can't you see I'm black-and-blue,
beat up badly in bones and soul?
God, how long will it take
for you to let up?
4-5 Break in, God, and break up this fight;
if you love me at all, get me out of here.
I'm no good to you dead, am I?
I can't sing in your choir if I'm buried in some tomb!
6-7 I'm tired of all this—so tired. My bed
has been floating forty days and nights
On the flood of my tears.
My mattress is soaked, soggy with tears.
The sockets of my eyes are black holes;
nearly blind, I squint and grope.
8-9 Get out of here, you Devil's crew:
at last God has heard my sobs.
My requests have all been granted,
my prayers are answered.
10 Cowards, my enemies disappear.
Disgraced, they turn tail and run.

Good Morning All,
Sorry, but I didn't get back last night for long so didn't get as much as I wanted done. I am feeling somewhat better this morning but still have a sore throat and laryngitis...
My throat has improved but the irritation is still present. There are a lot of over the counter and prescription meds I'm either allergic or sensitive to so not much help for this throat, I will try some of the natural product and see if that helps. I think I can take Riccola throat lozenges so will see about buying a package today.
As I said yesterday we had an awesome Ladies Bible Study, I'm teaching in Hebrews these days, we studied Hebrews chapter 4, Entering the Rest of God.. It was an excellent study. Our prayer time was powerful, we had a real move of God's Spirit flow upon us and we were so blessed, prophetic words were brought forth for many of us and the move of God's Holy Spirit was powerful and glorious.
The ladies prayed for me and immediately felt a warmth come over me and my feelings of nausea and light-head-ness left, and has not come back since, Praise the Lord.
Today I will take it slower, do what I absolutely have to and the rest will have to wait until tomorrow. Thanks for your continued support and thanks for your prayers today.

We serve a Mighty God, we had an awesome Bible Study, the best by far and our prayer time was awesome, the Spirit of God came down upon us in a mighty way, we were so richly ministered to and blessed beyond measure..Thank you Jesus...
God by His Spirit moved upon us with prophetic words for each of us, we all were blessed beyond measure...What a Mighty God we serve...
It was our last study for the season, with studying Hebrews 4, next week we have a Pot Bless that is our closing meeting..We are off for July and August...
We finished Hebrews 4, Enering the Rest of God! In September we resume with studying Hebrews 5, can hardly wait to get into the "Meat" of the Word...

Proverbs 12 New King James Version
1 Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge,
But he who hates correction is stupid.
2 A good man obtains favor from the Lord,
But a man of wicked intentions He will condemn.
3 A man is not established by wickedness,
But the root of the righteous cannot be moved.
4 An excellent[a] wife is the crown of her husband,
But she who causes shame is like rottenness in his bones.
5 The thoughts of the righteous are right,
But the counsels of the wicked are deceitful.
6 The words of the wicked are, “Lie in wait for blood,”
But the mouth of the upright will deliver them.
7 The wicked are overthrown and are no more,
But the house of the righteous will stand.
8 A man will be commended according to his wisdom,
But he who is of a perverse heart will be despised.
9 Better is the one who is slighted but has a servant,
Than he who honors himself but lacks bread.
10 A righteous man regards the life of his animal,
But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.
11 He who tills his land will be satisfied with bread,
But he who follows frivolity is devoid of understanding.[b]
12 The wicked covet the catch of evil men,
But the root of the righteous yields fruit.

But the lazy man will be put to forced labor.
25 Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression,
But a good word makes it glad.
26 The righteous should choose his friends carefully,
For the way of the wicked leads them astray.
27 The lazy man does not roast what he took in hunting,
But diligence is man’s precious possession.
28 In the way of righteousness is life,
And in its pathway there is no death.

I'm heading off to my Ladies Bible Study, will be back to spark with you all later.

I Huddled with Shining for Jesus Team and posted in a couple forums, the rest will be done when I get home later this afternoon. So my question to you, have you Huddled Today? If not, I encourage you to head to your teams and huddle and support your fellow sparkers...
The bottom line, let's get fit and become healthier and fitter guys and gals for Jesus...
So Let's Move our Bodies...To be fitter and stronger for Jesus...
