Today is day 4 of my original streak, but today is the start of the new Spring Fling - so I am going to reset my counting.
I set some goals for this challenge - I've never met a weight loss goal so I choose healthy habits.
First goal - Exercise in some way 6 days a week. My schedule is:
Mon. - weight train circuit,
Tues. Kickbox with kids,
Wed. weight train circuit,
Thurs. kickbox with kids,
Fri. weight train circuit,
Sat. kickbox or yoga
Sun. rest day
Reward a massage at the 1/2 way point and another at end of challenge - I will need it :)
Second goal is Food Tracker Streak - I plan to use the tracker everyday. This is to keep me focused and aware of what I eat - the good and the bad!
Reward - $1.oo a day in a jar, a perfect streak will give me $84.00 for some new clothes.
Today I sign the kids up at the gym and they try their first kickboxing class - I am still sore from yesterday so we will see how this goes. Kelley and I also have our last class with Zandy today and Kelley has two dance classes tonight - I think she will be very tired tonight!
