I read somewhere that if you start craving some particular food, you should drink a glass of water and wait 15 minutes. Then if you still are craving that food item, to have a bit of it, and not deprive yourself. Sounds easy, but I find that just a bite does not make my craving subside very well. My husband said I should eat a carrot. So there you go. The "Fred said" advice. eat more carrots not chiken!
