9/21/10 - I am exercising in the mornings, I am taking it slow. I am doing turbo jam, the beginner workout. It is a 16 min workout w/kicks and punches and raisedheartrate! I am working hard! Tomorrow since I will be off to cook for bible study, I will do Hip hop Abs - 30 minutes! WOW!! I am tired just thinking about it. :) There is one bad thing w/this workout, I don't know how many calories I will burn. So let's see what I look like come my birthday, January 12th. The clock is ticking and I will keep checking in to let who ever may be interested know how I am doing. Yes I will be accountable.
