Well, I took the quiz to see where I stand. One or two of the questions didn't have me perfectly matched with an answer. I was kind of in between answers, so I did the best I could have done. Here's the result:
There are five stages of change that people move through when losing bad habits or creating new ones (pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance). You're in the fourth stage, known as action, where you've done the prep work, implemented your plan, and will begin to see results. This stage is no walk in the park, however. The action stage requires lots of time and energy, and although you've already made the change, your work is still cut out for you as you strive to maintain it for a lifetime. But if you’ve come this far, you can handle it. You'll be in the final stage, maintenance, in no time! Enjoy the journey.
I was pretty pleased with that. I'd say it's fairly accurate. I rarely buy chips (my weakness) anymore, but when I do, I'm all over that bag! I try to make good choices at the food store. We almost always cook meals at home. Well, I guess that's the whole assessment. Hopefully I can continue this and move to the next level without regression.
