I'M STILL GOING. THE STORE OPENS AN HOUR EARLIER THANK GOD WE DON'T OPEN THURSDAY NIGHT LIKE SOME STORES AND OUR SALE WAS LAST WEEKEND SO WE'LL HAVE REGULAR SHOPPERS TODAY. I DID 15 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 10 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I WILL DO MORE AFTER I GET HOME. I HAVE TO STOP TO GET SOME FRUITS AND VEGGIES ON MY WAY HOME. I BETTER MAKE SURE IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I NEED. HAVE A GREAT BLACK FRIDAY.

STRENGTH STREAK 146

SO I HAVE BEEN BUSY THIS MORNING. I DID MY SPARKING. I MADE MYSELF AN OMELET WITH MUSHROOMS, TOMATOES, SPINACH, ONIONS AND MINI BABY-BEL LIGHT CHEESE WITH A HONEY WHEAT THOMAS ENGLISH MUFFIN. I ALSO PUT THE DISHES AWAY FROM THE DISHWASHER AND DID A LOAD OF LAUNDRY.

I DID 30 MINUTES WII FIT RUN FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 25 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. I STRUGGLED TRYING TO DO A 3RD SET OF ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS WITH 15 POUNDS. I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO IMPROVE ON THOSE WITH THE 15 POUND WEIGHTS.

WE ARE GOING TO NICK'S NEPHEW'S HOUSE FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER. I DON'T COOK AND I HAVE TO WORK TOMORROW AND SATURDAY. I NEED TO FINISH MY HOMEWORK NEXT THEN I'LL RELAX FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

I'M GLAD TO KEEP MY STREAKS GOING.DID 5 MINUTES ON STAIR MASTER TO GET MY HEART RATE UP, 20 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING AND A STRETCH.

IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE NO WORK OR SCHOOL THURSDAY. I GOT CHAPTER 19 HOMEWORK DONE WHILE I WAS AT THE ALLERGIST OFFICE YESTERDAY SO I ONLY HAVE CHAPTER 20 LEFT. NEXT THURSDAY I'LL GET MY PAPER BACK TO MAKE CORRECTIONS TO. THE FINAL IS DEC 15TH SO AS SOON AS I FINISH MY PAPER AND CHAPTER 20 I'LL START STUDYING FOR THE FINAL.

I WAS AT WORK AT 6:30 YESTERDAY. TODAY WILL BE 6:45 BECAUSE HERE I GO.

GOT UP AN HOUR EARLY THIS MORNING. GOT MY SPARKING DONE. DID 30 MINUTES WII FIT FREE RUN FOLLOWED BY A STRETCH AND 15 MINUTES OF STRENGTH TRAINING. GOING IN TO WORK EARLY. I'M ALREADY READY TO GO I JUST HAVE TO MAKE SURE I HAVE MY FOOD.
