My dad has had artritis pain for as long as I can remember. A few surgeries later and he still has constant pain that is sometimes to the point that he cannot move or get up from a chair without help. This should not be happening to a man in his 50's.
From a selfish side blood testing and now my pills have confirmed I have the same wonky gene as him. *Warning bluneness coming* This scares the poo (ha, I just got a pop up that yelled at me for having profanity) out of me. Am I going to be in the same amount of pain as I get older? One of the symptoms is back pain from a young age. I sleep with a heating pad on my lower back every night and have never been able to sit at an office desk without being stiff and in pain by the end of the day.
We have decided to do an arthritis walk with a fundraising portion so I am just going to leave this here:
Anybody else going to be there?
