I am not usually one for new years resolutions because, frankly, I don't like committing to something for an entire year when situations may change. I had a ton of fitness goals last year and wasn't able to due to injury. This year, I'm going to try to make goals for a month. Some may carry over, some may not but it gives me a new start each month. So, here we go for January.
Run C25k 3 times per week
Use my push up progress app 3 times per week
On pushup days, use my resistance bands for pull up progress.
I'm still working on what (or if) I will get if I reach my goals. I'm feeling kinda spoiled right now since I got a ton of stuff for Christmas.
I really need to get back into the fitness side of things so we'll start here and maybe get into Nutrition a bit more in Feburary.
