I am STILL sticking to my special diet. Eating a lot of salad, and veggies. No junk.
Since we are expecting icy conditions, Jo Ann picked up the car , and we stopped at the store. Now we go in and she sees her favorite maple rolls, and she said did you see those, I said NO. So we walked past. We got cauliflower, celery, more lettuce and bananas. She got her hot pockets (she is off for the next 9 days on vacation). I got my veggies.
So I am set. Trying to keep up with MY plan.

Yes, we are still watching what we eat. Still following program. The worst part is the not eating after 6 pm. I have to make sure to eat dinner by 5, and no earlier.
Lost 3 pounds this week. I am down to 225 1/2. I had gained almost all I had ever lost. Hoping to lose 5 more by Jan. 1st. That is my goal.
Went out with a friend yesterday, and finished shopping for the great grandkids, and walked all over Kohl's. It took longer for these last two outfits, then the week before with the other 6. Shopping for a size 5, when everything for girls is 4 - 6x. If it doesn't fit, they can take it back.
JoAnn and I can't seem to catch a break. On the way to work yesterday, the car dies. A friend picked her up, and they used friends towing card. But the line to the transmission broke. It was to be $70. He called this morning and said, they FIXED it right, and it is $147. Tired of things going wrong. NO I DID NOT EAT. Still did not stray.

For the last week, I have made great strides to sticking to a healthy eating plan and taking my vitamins. Yes I lost 5 lbs, only because when you are eating anything and everything, and eating before you go to bed, you are not doing what is right for you.
Next week, I should be back to losing 2 pounds a week.
It is all, for me, about focusing on what my goals are and what I want to do with my life. Winter is here and I can't get out and enjoy the sunshine, but spring will be here soon.

I have lost the 5 pounds I gained at Thanksgiving. I am still eating only healthy foods, no junk. I do not eat after 6 p.m. Do not think that I don't want to find something to make a sandwich at night. I am not going over my calorie count, but I miss the fact that I can't get out for my walks.
If it wasn't for you and sparks, I wouldn't have stuck with this.

Still taking vitamins, eating properly and no junk. Have lost 4 lbs. Need to stay focused.
Lost my cousin Michael to cancer. Just found out. He was 55 yrs. old. It was in his whole body, including all organs, and his brain. He was in a lot of pain. We just found out this morning. A terrible loss.
He was a gifted artist, and did wood work. We always thought he would be at our funerals.
He died Thanksgiving.
Lovely young man.
