For the last week, I have made great strides to sticking to a healthy eating plan and taking my vitamins. Yes I lost 5 lbs, only because when you are eating anything and everything, and eating before you go to bed, you are not doing what is right for you.
Next week, I should be back to losing 2 pounds a week.
It is all, for me, about focusing on what my goals are and what I want to do with my life. Winter is here and I can't get out and enjoy the sunshine, but spring will be here soon.
