I am on Spark Coach, and today I am to list my excuses for not being motivated in exercising.
1.. I have a cold!
2. It is 23 degrees out and windy.
3. Truthfully, I don't feel like going out.
In the last year, as I get older, I guess, I do not handle the cold the way I used to. I used to go out and sit on the porch in the freezing cold, and just absorb the exhilaration of the season. No more.
Can we go back to spring, I was up at 4 a.m. with a flashlight walking my 4 miles in the dark, enjoying the moment. 4 miles everyday, 7 days a week. Up until mid October., THIS IS SO SAD. I remember saying it could never get that cold, that I wouldn't walk. The only thing that would stop me is the ice and snow. WELL I LIED. The cold got me.
