sore but feels good

well as i posted saturday i did a total 6 mile walk ,sunday no exercise and monday i went to gym and workout on machines for 1 hr well today i went for a 5mile walk on a newly paved walking trail in peabody mass it was so cool i seen a eastern blue bird

since my last writting i still am continuing on exercising and walking , this week i have gone to adult fitness class on tuesday and thursday and have gone to the machines on monday and wensday, friday i went to my nieces 18th birthday party aND saturday i walkede 6 miles on the new rail trail in our neighborhood i was dieing the path was rocky not completly paved i wanted to turn around so bad at 3 miles but was motivated by others saying come on a little bit more, andf i did it,

feeling good again

well wensday i couldnt even walk no lie, my quad muscles were so sore and tight feeling i stayed home and took a 3hr nap must of really needed the rest , yesterday thursday i went back to the y to the adult fitness class and felt so much better after the workout and learned some quad stretches my morn blood sugars i have been 100 wqhich is good im happy with that for now im feeling bursts of energy ,i know that alot of fruits raise my sugar at night time for my snack , but i feel its better than other alternatives, today im not sure what i will do i might walk over to the y and do some ab workouts with the machines or just a 2 mile walk

yesterday i went to the ymca which is around the corner for hme exactly 5 min walk,i did water aerobics my first time my first day i was so nervous but i did it i didnt think it was intense at all however last night i felt sore and this morning, so hee i am today tuesday and off to the y today for adult fitness, not a aerobic exercise so we will see how this goes i hope they go easy on me i am sore,

i am amazed how today i was able to put 1 foot on the back of the pick up truck bumper and lift my self up and over into the baCk of the truck,,,months go i couldnt do it i needed a boost from behind
