I am still smiling even though today was not a good day for exercising or eating healthy.
No matter how stress I feel. I AM going to stay on track. God has been very good to me today.
Today has been very busy at work but I have done well in staying on track. I am very pleased with what I have accomplished today.
I have found that I can eat smaller portions if I just eat a little slower. I enjoy my food much more and it doesn't seem to take as much of it to satisfy me. I am going to enjoy eating a little more by eating less and eating slower.
I am feeling rather stressed out today. Still trying to stay on track by not going to the kitchen much. I am afraid I will start eating the wrong thing.
