5/1/07...I'm finally facing facts that I'm comfortable at my 143 weight. Sure, I'd love to be at 135 but now I'm thinking that's totally unrealistic. I'm finding that the more I do at the gym, the more my body needs fuel...duh. So I'm really watching my portions and eating every 3-4 hours which is helping. And with the nice weather I'm more active too. I'm happy I haven't gained any weight which is my main goal now. Dropping a pound or two would be an added bonus.
