Down 2.4 pounds overall and down 1.8 pounds from last week. I'm very pleased and know that I'm on the right road. Feeling more balance in my life too.

One week in and I'm down .6 pounds. My goal was .41 so I made my goal. I'm sure this week will be better but challenging with a few lunches out and some dinners out. Hope to kick up the fitness a little more too this week.

I'm so ready to start my journey to health and wellness today. Taking baby steps is key. Can't wait to see where I'm at in one month, three months and six months.

I'm Back and It Ain't Pretty

Hello SparkPeople!

I'm back, can't believe my last post was in November! Yikes, a lot has changed for me ---the biggest change is/was losing my job in April. Since then life has been a roller coaster of emotions. I've had good days and I've had bad days. I need to get control of things that I can change, like what I eat and my exercise routine. So today's the day to do it. If not now, when? If I don't take care of myself who will?

Cold Season

11/12/08...lots of colds going around. Feeling a bit run down so my fitness is taking a back seat for a few days. Hoping to get back with the fitness by the end of the week. My appetite is off too which I'm sure will be better soon too. Hope the cold bug stays away from you all.
