9/23/08...trying to balance it all is becoming tougher these days since I started working full-time outside of the house. If I get the household things figured out then it's my food and fitness that suffer. Working towards eating smaller portions during the day usually things that I can grab and go. Making my main meal is breakfast seems to help. Soup for lunch hits the spot most days. Supper is usually more of a meal, just smaller. My fitness is all over the place but a few mornings and a few evenings is working for now. I try to get in a few dog walks on the weekend but most weekends are spent running errands.
I know I'll get a handle on this soon, I have too---the scale has not been kind to me.
