Well I'm down one pound, not sure how that happened but I'll take it. Really stressed, I mean really stressed and just not functioning like I should. A lot of things are creeping up on me like the holidays, money/budget concerns and overall feeling of things out of control. I know that there are some things I can control and some I just can't. Tackling one thing at a time helps and trying to be proactive too helps.
So my plan for this week was to get some holiday shopping done and try to get to the gym three days this week. So far, I've planned what shopping I need to do and I've gotten to the gym once. Today my plan is to get to the gym this morning, go vote, get the dog to the vet and get a decent dinner prepared.
