5/27/08...I'm finally feeling motivated to get moving and lose some weight. We went to a wedding on Friday and the dress I wore fit but it was tight. I felt so out of it and just knew it wasn't me. So the last few days I've decided to watch my carbs, move more and be sure to drink my water. It seems to be working...according to the scale I'm down four pounds! WooHoo!
