EPC 3 - Day 9 [8/10/11]

:::UPDATE::::

**Nutrition: Stayed within calorie range and tracked everything but the crust I ate off of Kevin's sandwich! haha atleast I am honest! (1583)


**Fitness: week 2 = 1 out of 3 runs complete.....No Jillian workouts done.


**Motivation: I did 1.5 loads of laundry...baby steps..

On a POSITIVE note: I ran even though it was late (9:10 pm) but last night was cool and my neighborhood is very safe.

I am GRATEFUL for: RASCAL FLATTS TOMORROW!!

EPC 3 - Day 8 [8/9/11]

Late again...what a shocker! Story of my life. HA! Well last night the BRITNEY SPEARS concert was awesome!!! My throat still hurts from screaming...and got a mini workout in heels! WOOHOO!

Day 8 starts Week 2 of my challenge -- since my fitness goal is weekly. A quarter of the way done! YEAAA!

:::UPDATE::::

**Nutrition: Stayed within calorie range and tracked everything! (1515)


**Fitness: week 2 = nothing done since I had to get ready and get to the concert after "work" (babysitting...not really work!)


**Motivation: Tomorrow is a definite! I will go home after work and have somewhat time to get started....

On a POSITIVE note: The concert was amazing. And I got to fist pump to DJ Pauly D (with whom I am in love with now!!)

I am GRATEFUL for: my changed mindset. After the concert I was starving (hadn't eaten dinner before the show) so we stopped at Wendys on the way home. I had a cheeseburger and fries and was content. If that were me 5 years ago, I probably would've order 3!

    Excellent!!! Good for you! My "binges" now are totally different... instead of binging on cookies it will be fiber one bars or nuts! lol (I also heard the BS concert was greeeeeat)

EPC 3 - Day 7 [8/8/11]

Sooo late updating this, but I didn't do any damage as far as eating and I met my weekly FITNESS goal! So WOOHOO! I was also soo sore from the 2 Ripped workouts back to back but it was that "good sore" so I am happy to getting back into strength training.

**Nutrition: Stayed within calorie range and tracked everything! (1651)


**Fitness: Running 3 out of 3 completed & Jillian 4 out of 4 workouts done! (for the week) YAY!!!


**Motivation: Need to really do this...but my week is so busy. I will start with laundry...ha

On a POSITIVE note: I am so excited that I finished my weekly exercise goal! It feels soooo good!

I am GRATEFUL for: **THE BRITNEY CONCERT TONIGHT!!! ** And Nicki Minaj is going to be there with Pauly D!!!! =)

EPC 3 - Day 5/6 [8/6/11 & 8/7/11]

I am updating for the past two days (Saturday and Sunday) so why not put them in the same blog?!

:::UPDATE::::

**Nutrition:

Day 5: Stayed within my range and still tracking everything! (1405)
Day 6: Ate 86 more calories than I was supposed to! Oooops (1786)

**Fitness: Running 3 out of 3 completed & Jillian 2 out of 4 workouts done!

Day 5: No exercise, my laziness got the best of me I guess! I went out on Friday and got to bed late. Threw me allll off.
Day 6: Since I didn't get No More Trouble Zones yet, I decided I am going to do 4 of the Ripped workouts (any weeks) per week (until I bring myself to the store haha). So I did 2 workouts today and ran/walked 4.45 mi.

**Motivation: I got nothing. LOL.

On a POSITIVE note: I got more exercise than I thought in this weekend.

I am GRATEFUL for: cooking healthy yet delicious dinners =)

EPC 3 - Day 4 [8/5/11]

Today was a weird day. I was rushing around all morning and didnt have much time to eat. Then my two friends asked to start happy hour a bit early (130 pm HAHA) so I had two beers for lunch, yes, super healthy I know. It's fine.

:::UPDATE:::::

Nutrition: Went over by 62 calories, (1762)

Fitness: Running 2 out of 3 completed! I didn't do any exercise today.

Motivation: Decided to try hand delivering resumes, that idea failed miserably.

On a POSITIVE note: I am trying anything and everything to land a job. Not being lazy like usual.

I am GRATEFUL for: being able to sleep in =)
