This blog is for yesterday (Wednesday, Day 27). I was good with exercise and my eating until I got home from babysitting. My bf and I rented a movie from Redbox and stopped at Subway for dinner, I got a 6 inch turkey on wheat (not bad.) But I did have about a serving of sour gummi life savers on the way there because they were in my bf's car. (ugh, if only he didn't have candy 24/7) and so after my dinner I had 2 s'mores(without the chocolate - 160 cals) so when I entered it, I exceeded my daily calories by 61. Ugh! I know it may seem like a minor mistake but I 1. don't wan to fall into that trap of allowing myself to go over (because let's face it thats how the weight crawls back on!) and 2. because that was part of my challenge (4 days out of the 30 to go over my daily calories, and I had used them all! ) Sooo booo to me!! Today I will be extra good though. I did exercise last night too. Hopefully that helped!
Nutrition: Went over my 61 calories! =( So that is 5 days exceeding 1700 calories.
Fitness: Week 4 Day 2 of Ripped. I am a little behind but it's ok cause I am going to make up those days even after the challenge in done. And I ran, at 9 pm, weird I know. About 2 miles, so that was an extra 200 calories burned!
Motivation: Failed, again.
POSITIVE: I went running, after a very playful day of babysitting, so that was good.
GRATEFUL: for Jillian Michaels, I can't wait to get another DVD of hers to start for the next challenge!
