Soooo I fell a little behind. I havent been spending alot of time on Spark (on my comp) instead I find it alot easier to track on my phone (cause that is really the most important to me)
So here goes for Day 21....
Nutrition - stayed within range
Fitness - Went for a run, skipped Ripped
Motivation - Read cover to cover Glamour mag....still need to get to the library!
Nutrition - went over...by abour 300 cal (which was Michelob Ultra!) So I'm flushing myself out with lotssss of water today! So that was my last "cheat" day for the challenge...with 8 days left I think I can def handle this!
Fitness - Did last day of Ripped Week 3..in the morning, it felt good to get it out of the way, although I was feeling like a zombie still!! (not a morning person!!)
Motivation - Failed! Had no time to read yesterday
Need to go babysit soon so I will try to update for Day 23 (today) later on tonight.
