EPC 2 - Day 17

Wow, this challenge is flllyyyingggg by! -- Which makes me sad cause it is my summer flying by as well :( booooo!

Did well today although I thought it might have been my last 'cheat day'
for the 30 day challenge.

Nutrition: Stayed in range - 1528
Fitness: Did Ripped Week 3 Day 3 and a repeat of week 2 just for haha's
Motivation: Failed!

** On a POSITIVE note: went swimming at my aunts AMAZING pool today and actually did a few laps...instead of the usual floating around getting my tan on ;P

** I am GRATEFUL for: having such relaxing/fun weekends =)

EPC 2 - Day 15/16

Sorry I havent been blogging faithfully...sometimes I just get home and want to go to sleep! LOL. (Yesterday was one of those days!) I have been doing well except for my motivation part. Sometimes I just don't make time to read...(yet spend countless hours on the internet wasting time) ....but anyway it's okay because I am more focused on keeping this weight off and keeping up with eating healthy and exercising (which is my PUSH GOAL) than anything else. Now if I could get some applications out.... ;)

UPDATE:

Nutrition: Stayed in range both days...Day 16 was a ust barely...but I did it!
:P

Fitness: Did Ripped Week 3 Day 2 and yesterday I was soo tired so I will do two workouts today to make up for it

Motivation: Failed!

** On a POSITIVE note: I went to the Skinny Cow event that was plastered all over SP for the last month or so. I went to the Boston location with MissyStar1980...such a great time and lots of free goodies!

** I am GRATEFUL for: keeping this challenge in mind and making wise choices ;) like instaed of two free drinks I got one and a bottle of water! YAY

UPDATE on my Challenge....

Nutrition: Stayed in range YAY! almost 1509 -- I CAN DO THIS!!
Fitness: Did Ripped Week 3 Day 1....Jillian is not playin around this week!!
Motivation: Failed! No reading today....went hiking with the boys instead! :P

** On a POSITIVE note: I went hiking with the boys and they (6 and 8 yrs old) kept wanting to take breaks but not this girl....I told them their legs were waaayyy longer and needed to keep going!

** I am GRATEFUL for: stepping on the scale tonight just for fun (it has been about a month since I have weighed myself) and I had all my clothes on etc, weighed 167. That is pretty accurate, I probably have gained muscle from Ripped but I was just happy to maintain. That is my biggest fear (gaining the weight back) but I refuse to let it happen....

Ooops! I am another day late! But atleast it is a positive update..

Nutrition: Stayed in range YAY! almost 1500 (don't remember exact number)
Fitness: Last day of week 2 of Ripped! Bring on Week 3!!
Motivation: Failed!

** On a POSITIVE note: I got a little sun in the pool while watching the boys.

** I am GRATEFUL for: Being able to exercise while work...hahah going hiking tomorrow!

  


EPC 2 - Day 12

So here is the update for this challenge...let me just say I ate very healthy today and tracked everything very accurate! See, I can do this!=) I can't believe we are almost half way through! Crazy! I hope this summer doesnt fly by! :/

Nutrition: Stayed in range YAY! But I only have one more day to exceed calories....hope I can do this!
Fitness: Today was my night off from Ripped. Thinking tomorrow will be Ripped and a run!
Motivation: Read! A book on running by Galloway. Has great tips for beginners and learned alot just in a half hour!

** On a POSITIVE note: I posted that picture I was talking about in yesterday's blog. Ripped is working ;)
** I am GRATEFUL for: being able to sleep for two hours (while getting paid) while the boys slept in this morning!
