UPDATE on my Challenge....
Nutrition: Stayed in range YAY! almost 1509 -- I CAN DO THIS!!
Fitness: Did Ripped Week 3 Day 1....Jillian is not playin around this week!!
Motivation: Failed! No reading today....went hiking with the boys instead! :P
** On a POSITIVE note: I went hiking with the boys and they (6 and 8 yrs old) kept wanting to take breaks but not this girl....I told them their legs were waaayyy longer and needed to keep going!
** I am GRATEFUL for: stepping on the scale tonight just for fun (it has been about a month since I have weighed myself) and I had all my clothes on etc, weighed 167. That is pretty accurate, I probably have gained muscle from Ripped but I was just happy to maintain. That is my biggest fear (gaining the weight back) but I refuse to let it happen....
