EPC 2 - Day 10/11

Update:

- Day 10 -

Nutrition: Stayed in range 1373
Fitness: Week 2, Day 4.
Motivation: Do Facebook statuses count? LOL

- Day 11 -

Nutrition: Went over by almost 200 calories. Ugh. I went to a buffet and although I did go over I didnt leave feeling super stuffed! I was full and probably could have made a few better choices like not eating lo mein or crab rangoons. Damn that chinese food. ;/ So I guess I am 3- 4 -- I only have 1 more day I can exceed my calories per this challenge.
Fitness: Week 2, Day 5.
Motivation: No Reading today :/

** On a POSITIVE note: Went to a water park today and my bf took a quick picture of me and I must say that Jillian Michaels is def helping me out (I will post the pic tomorrow)
** I am GRATEFUL for: 3 day weekends :P

Update*

Nutrition: Stayed within range...1498!!
Fitness: Week 2, Day 3. Starting to get used to the different moves.
Motivation: Getting there...

** On a POSITIVE note: I watched fireworks with my family/friends - had a great night!
** I am GRATEFUL for: manicures =) hopefully I will stop biting my nails now!

EPC 2 - Day 9

Today was an over my range day but I kind of expected that and I saved most of my calories for the evening. :/ It was only over by abour 200 calories so I am not that worried plus I don't go out drinking often.

UPDATE

Nutrition: Over by about 200. Boo! So that is now 2 out of my 4 cheat days. Can I do this?!?!?!
Fitness: Week 2, Day 2. Felt great! And then went for a run.
Motivation: Getting there...

** On a POSITIVE note: I was very conscious of what I ate yesterday and tried to 'save' calories for my night out.
** I am GRATEFUL for: the changes I am making in my life to help me reach my push goal and feel much better about myself!

EPC 2 - Day 8

Well today was another successful day although I am SCARED to see what the weekend will bring. I will allow one cheat day since I will be at a picnic and probably drinking moderately... but let me not get ahead of myself ;)

UPDATE*

Nutrition: Stayed in range..1590!

Fitness: Started Week 2 tongiht...she kicks my a##! I have to give it to Jillian though, she gets it in in her 20 min workouts!
Motivation: You already know... :/

** On a POSITIVE note: I received an email from one of my students. It was so cute and such a surprise!

** I am GRATEFUL for: having alot of fun things to look forward to this weekend! YAY for summer!

EPC 2 - Day 7 (1 week down!)

UPDATE on my Challenge....


-- These are my goals for the 30 day Challenge --

Nutrition: Stay in calorie range 26 out of 30 days. [ I chose this goal because now that it is Summer, I do not want to go off of my routine I have. I know I will probably be going out more often and I don't want to gain my weight back due to margaritas/happy hours. So I think this will keep me accountable and it is something I will stick to!]

Fitness: Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Days 6 days a week (1 day for rest) [ I chose this goal because I wanted to try Ripped and have heard alot of good things about Jillian Michaels' DVDS. So it was perfect timing!]

Motivation: Read each day for atleast 30 minutes. [ I chose this goal because I simply need to read more and probably will spend less useless time on the computer! ]

UPDATE*

Nutrition: Stayed in range..1738!

Fitness: Gave myself the night off from Jillian and instead did some legs at the gym and intervals on the treadmill. FELT GREAT!!
Motivation: Today was a busy day...does clipping coupons count as 'reading'? LOL

** On a POSITIVE note: Even though I took the day off from RIPPED, I still got some exercise in at the gym!

** I am GRATEFUL for: all the knowledge/information Sparks/Sparkies have given me over the last 6 months. I have learned so much about fitness/healthy living and I am so glad I joined!

    I smiled at the motivation update :) Have you tried audiobooks so you can listen to them while doing something else? I do that allll the time!!! Awesome job girl!
