I had modified my exercise program to just do the stuff that I could do on auto-pilot. It made the exercise session more enjoyable but of lesser benefit. I basically reduced my workout routine to walking on the treadmill and zoning out watching mindless sit-coms. (Oh how I love "Married With Children")
Weight loss was stalled. This week, I re-introduced the weight lifting program. I had to reduce my weights to about 2/3 of what I was lifting before I got slack but I am doing it again and now have a week behind me.
Watch out world, hjere I come!
