Habits are part of a giant circle. First, we make our habits, then our habits make us. Good habits are as hard to break as bad ones so cultivate good habits. It takes twenty-one days to make or break a habit. Pick one facet of your life and work on it for the next three weeks, then move on to another one. Don't try to do too much at once. Maybe in the second or third week, you can introduce a new habit to work on but don't do so at the expense of habit number one.
